I believe:

The diagnoses and treatment of Lyme & other TBDs are NOT a "one-size-fits-all".  Clinical presentation and testing sensitivity vary greatly from person to person.

Diagnoses of Lyme & other TBDs is multi-factorial and must include clinical manifestations, exposure/bite risk, test results, and response to treatment.

TBDs, both acute & long-term, CAN be cured with proper protocols.  I also believe they can be put into remission.

Mold & mycotoxin exposure can be a major player in one's health, and treatment should be mycotoxin-specific.

Proper remediation of mold, and mycotoxin & CIRS treatment, is vital.

MCAS diagnosis & treatment is assorted and multifaceted.

MCAS advocacy, outreach, & research is paramount to raise diagnostic awareness and treatment options among the medical community.

Alpha-gal allergy is on the rise. Clinicians, politicians, & the general public must be aware of its clinical presentations and management.

Psychological and emotional support is invaluable, and is so often lacking.

All of these conditions can be isolating.  YOU ARE NOT ALONE. It's okay to be not okay.
